Save the Date: CB6 Bike Share Workshop, March 15th

On Thursday, March 15th, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the New York City Department of Transportation and Community Board 6 will conduct a Community Planning Workshop at which neighborhood residents and business owners can weigh in on how the City's coming bike share system should work and where stations should be located in Park Slope and Cobble Hill. More than 100 people turned out last night for Brooklyn's first bike share workshop with Community Board 2, reviewing proposed locations and offering opinions on their favorite -- and least favorite -- spots.

The workshop is being co-sponsored by Council Members Brad Lander and Steve Levin, and State Senator Velmanette Montgomery. Here are the details:
