I think we judge "anger" by more than whether we are at high risk for a felonious assault, and in large part by the attitude and level of courtesy of those we deal with on a day to day basis. None of the items considered really get at that factor, which is difficult to measure. It would be nice to believe we live in a super-friendly city, but what's nice is largely a matter of perspective.
